CROSS TRAINING FOR SPORT
This course enables the Movement Professional to teach an effective cross training program that is directly focused on a sports person. The professional will obtain knowledge of the 5 movement principles and how these can be applied to a sportsman/woman. Knowledge of how to incorporate Time Under Tension for various sports effectively will be obtained as well as what the needs are of various sports when it comes to designing a sport specific exercise program. The Movement Professional will now have a powerful cross training program that can be used for all sports.
